Assembles business loan files, uploads loans into computer system, and finalizes loan closings. Processes payments and advances, maintains and updates collateral tracking, prepares client correspondences, and assists clients with inquiries and problem resolution. Understands and completes job responsibilities in accordance with federal and state regulations. Essential Functions: Originate and Process Loan Documentation 65% Prepares & orders all necessary loan documentation Assembles & scans commercial loan files Uploads new loans, renewals, and participations into core system Loan & File Maintenance 30% Processes and posts in-house and participation payments and advances; prepares wire requests Completes loan maintenance and loan read back Updates collateral tracking Monitors insurance documentation and UCC filings Prepares and sends “paid-off loan” correspondences and documentation Closes and organizes loan files Provides service in person, on the telephone, and through e-mail Additional Duties and Responsibilities 5% Other job duties as assigned necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position Participates in internal and external training and development opportunities as required
