In this role, you’ll coordinate trips, assign drivers, and ensure all transportation services are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally.\nThis position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask with ease, and knows how to communicate clearly under pressure.\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily trip assignments to ensure all rides are covered and completed on time</li>\n<li>Schedule and dispatch drivers for airport pickups, medical transportation, and charter services</li>\n<li>Monitor trip progress and provide real-time updates (arrival, pickup, drop-off, etc.)</li>\n<li>Communicate with drivers via phone, radio, and messaging systems</li>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, clients, and internal teams</li>\n<li>Input and manage reservations (calls, emails, and system entries)</li>\n<li>Track vehicle and driver movement to ensure efficiency and accuracy</li>\n<li>Review next-day reservations for accuracy (routes, stops, passenger details, special instructions)</li>\n<li>Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and urgency</li>\n<li>Assist with resolving service issues and rerouting as needed</li>\n<li>Provide drivers with updates on road conditions, delays, or changes</li>\n<li>Maintain daily dispatch logs and reports</li>\n<li>Support shift transitions to ensure seamless operations</li>\n<li>Foster a strong, customer-focused service environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n<li>2+ years of dispatch experience (transportation preferred)</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to multitask and stay calm in a high-pressure environment</li>\n<li>Comfortable using computers and dispatch systems</li>\n<li>Knowledge of local roads, airport procedures, and routing</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must be insurable)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule &amp; Work Environment</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time, 40 hours per week</li>\n<li>Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and varying shifts</li>\n<li>Onsite role in a fast-paced dispatch office</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Additional Responsibilities</span>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with driver communication and accountability</li>\n<li>Support operational improvements and team collaboration</li>\n<li>Participate in trainings and team meetings</li>\n<li>Step in to support driving operations in emergency situations if needed</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us</span>\nAt A-National Limousine Service, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality transportation services.
