          "text": "<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>HPLC / UPLC Analytical Chemist</strong> to support bioanalytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics. This role is ideal for candidates with strong chromatography experience who can operate independently while maintaining high standards in a regulated laboratory environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform analytical testing of protein and small molecule therapeutics using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques</li><li>Operate and troubleshoot instrumentation including:<ul><li>RP-HPLC</li><li>RP-UPLC</li><li>UV-Vis spectroscopy</li></ul></li><li>Prepare samples, standards, and reagents for analysis with minimal supervision</li><li>Execute routine testing and ensure accurate, compliant documentation of results</li><li>Perform routine and monthly maintenance on analytical instrumentation</li><li>Support laboratory organization and day-to-day operations</li><li>Adhere to cGMP guidelines and maintain accurate records in LIMS</li></ul>",
