    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Exante360, Inc., is looking for a&nbsp;Project Manager&nbsp;that wants to join us on our bold initiative of &ldquo;improving lives through relations, by connecting people to solutions.&rdquo;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Role</strong><br>The Project Manager (Mission Critical Data Center Security Design) supports multiple fast-paced, mission critical projects&nbsp;and&nbsp;is&nbsp;responsible for&nbsp;managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from kickoff and stakeholder alignment through multi-disciplinary coordination, scope reviews, quality&nbsp;assurance&nbsp;and closeout. The Project Manager will drive schedule, scope, and quality across security design deliverables to ensure milestones are met with meticulous attention to detail.&nbsp;</p><p>What&nbsp;You&rsquo;ll&nbsp;Do&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Take full ownership of assigned projects from internal handoff through final closeout, ensuring successful delivery across all phases</li><li>Manage the design, construction administration, and closeout phases while maintaining control of scope, schedule, and budget</li><li>Lead and participate in client meetings&mdash;both virtual and onsite&mdash;to align project requirements, expectations, and evolving system design criteria</li><li>Conduct onsite field surveys and site assessments to verify existing conditions and confirm construction aligns with design documents and specifications</li><li>Lead the preparation of high-quality contract documents, including Revit drawings and CSI-format specifications</li><li>Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and deliverables to ensure on-time, accurate, and high-quality execution</li><li>Build and manage project budgets, monitor financial performance, and track design costs using project accounting and management tools</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal design teams and external stakeholders to coordinate and integrate system designs into the overall project</li><li>Prepare detailed assessment reports that include clear, actionable recommendations and solutions</li><li>Identify scope changes, prepare proposals for additional services, and secure client authorization when required</li><li>Use Bluebeam Revu to annotate floor plans, create single-line diagrams, elevations, and other project-specific design details</li><li>Support construction administration activities, including RFI responses, submittal reviews, site visits, punch walks, acceptance testing, and written field observation reports</li><li>Perform QA/QC reviews of team deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards</li><li>Review and respond to RFI&rsquo;s and submittals in parallel with routine daily tasks</li><li>Travel as necessary (in person meetings less than 10%of time)</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Sample Tasks You&rsquo;ll Perform </strong></p><ul><li><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW57272389 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW57272389 BCX0\">Manage assigned projects from internal handoff through final closeout, maintaining full ownership of scope, schedule, and budget across all project phases.</span></span></li><li>Coordinate and communicate with clients and internal project teams, facilitate meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring system design criteria evolve appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><p><strong>Key Skills and Abilities Necessary </strong></p><ul><li><u>Client-focused approach with a strong commitment to delivering value.</u></li><li>Sense of ownership, responsibility, customer service, excellence, and versatility.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.</li><li>Must be able to handle multiple concurrent assignments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;Education/Experience Requirements</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>5-7 years of previous low voltage/ICT/security design experience and applying this expertise into a typical A/E/C industry design package</li><li>Familiarity with and comfortable working as an embedded subject matter expert in related cross-discipline teams (civil, electrical, mechanical, and ICT)&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of mission critical data center physical security concepts and methodologies</li><li>Knowledge ofICD-705 standards</li><li>Must demonstrate a solid understanding of technology design concepts in one or more areas of expertise</li><li>Experience with using Bluebeam, Smartsheet, MS Office as core software programs</li><li>Familiarity with Revit and BIM360 modeling tools</li><li>Comprehension of building information modeling (BIM) and recognition of the importance of coordinating infrastructure and other disciplines within the model</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree or bachelor&rsquo;s degree in an engineering related field preferred</li><li>General knowledge of NEC, NFPA, EIA/TIA and/or BICSI standards.
