This role plays a critical part in maintaining system integrity, supporting fish health, and ensuring consistent operating standards across all sites.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Water Quality Monitoring &amp; Testing</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Conduct routine and investigative water testing, including:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle; font-size: initial;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Source water</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Transport water</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) water</li></ul></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Analyze results, identify trends, and provide corrective recommendations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>System Performance Oversight</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Monitor and assess performance of:<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;
