Train and support field mechanics, technicians, and operators on safe operation and electrical awareness related to robotic equipment, and build training material as needed.
Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Safety, and robotics vendors as needed.
Support continuous improvement efforts related to robot performance and uptime.
Work across MAXIMO and field construction leadership teams to build excitement and confidence around the MAXIMO vision and objectives, and to secure direct and indirect resources.

Enforce safety standards and exercise stop-work authority when unsafe conditions exist.
Ensure robotic electrical systems meet applicable safety and regulatory standards.
Serve as the company point of contact for inspectors or regulatory agencies solely in matters related to licensing status and electrically powered robotic equipment, with no authority or responsibility for installed electrical work.
