We focus on creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that encourages independence, community involvement, and personal growth.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Summary</span><br>We’re hiring a Residential Supervisor to oversee assigned homes and staff. This role includes ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the home, creating staff schedules, training team members, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position also provides direct care and participates in on-call rotation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise, train, and support residential staff<br>• Ensure the home meets all regulatory standards and remains clean and safe<br>• Transport and accompany individuals to appointments; complete follow-up as needed<br>• Provide ongoing direct care, including personal care and safety support<br>• Promote and support meaningful, person-centered lifestyles<br>• Complete documentation accurately and maintain program compliance<br>• Participate in the on-call rotation during evenings and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 year of experience as a supervisor or manager preferred<br>• Basic computer skills required<br>• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving and meeting agency eligibility criteria</li>\n<li><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"> One of the following education/experience levels:</span></em></li>\n</ul>\n<p>o Master’s degree + experience working directly with individuals with ID/A preferred<br>o Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A<br>o Associate’s degree or 60 credits + 2 years of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A<br>o High school diploma/GED + 3 years of experience working directly with individuals with ID/A</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Career Growth</span><br>Climb the Career Ladder with Shadowfax!</p>\n<ul>\n<li>DSP-I, DSP-II, DSP-III: Earn a $0.50/hour pay increase at each level<br>• FLS (Front Line Supervisor) Certification: Earn a $0.75/hour pay increase</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Shadowfax, in proud partnership with the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals (NADSP), offers a Credentialing Program for DSPs and FLSs.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>FLS Certification required within 12 months of hire<br>• Already credentialed through NADSP?
