Maintain excellent working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Report any customer feedback to management including any sign of dissatisfaction. &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></li><li><span style='font-size:13px;font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;'>Check drivers in/out and assign door in coordination with dock operation.
