Elements Casino Chilliwack is&nbsp;currently looking for a &nbsp;Bingo Coordinator to join our team! Under the direct supervision of the Gaming&nbsp;Manager, the Bingo Coordinator is responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to, customer service, cash handling, processing jackpots, and completing detailed paperwork; all while contributing to a safe and welcoming work environment for all employees. If you have the drive to become a part of a leading gaming and entertainment destination in Chilliwack apply today!</p>\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome, inform and serve guests promptly, professionally, and positively.</li>\n <li>Verify, confirm, and assume responsibility for inventory, assets and floats as issued.</li>\n <li>Reconcile bingo paper inventory, assemble, and issue floats, assign, and issue cards and help to complete any other duties in preparation for a session.</li>\n <li>Operate key equipment and computerized operating systems efficiently and effectively.</li>\n <li>Calculate and enter game payouts into operating systems with accuracy.</li>\n <li>Secure and control all areas of the bingo cage including but not limited to guest service stations, assets, and inventory.</li>\n <li>Process bingo jackpot payments and supporting documentation.</li>\n <li>Assist with guest inquiries, sales, card verification and inventory reconciliation in a pleasant and professional manner in compliance with cash handling procedures, internal controls, company policies and procedures and/or BCLC Lottery corporation policies and procedures, report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary.</li>\n <li>Check equipment, terminals, monitors, etc. prior to commencing a session to ensure adequate functionality.</li>\n <li>Be familiar with the schedule and staffing in place with an awareness of session format, related details, promotions, and specials offerings.</li>\n <li>Maintain an adequate cage supply of necessary inventory and products.</li>\n <li>Complete deposits, data entry, session paperwork and necessary reports</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively and professionally with each guest providing prompt, great service to ensure an enjoyable gaming experience.</li>\n <li>Maintain good rapport with colleagues ensuring a professional, productive, and supportive work environment.</li>\n <li>Comply with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned or directed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years cash handling experience in a guest service position</li>\n <li>Bingo calling experience an asset</li>\n <li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of computers, ability to operate adding machines, currency counters and other similar equipment.</li>\n <li>Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming Worker license&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to exceed internal and external guest expectations through timely, effective, and service oriented communication.</li>\n <li>Professional attitude and appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player</li>\n <li>Must possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills.</li>\n <li>Reliable and dependable with demonstrated commitment to service excellence.</li>\n <li>Must be available to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays.</li>\n <li>SIR certification</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment Considerations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regular casino environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, and non-traditional work hours</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum Rate (CAD $) | Minimum Salary (CAD $)17.90</li>\n <li>Job Rate (CAD $) | Midpoint Salary (CAD $)18.05</li>\n <li>Maximum Rate (CAD $) | Maximum Salary (CAD $)18.05</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
