    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB DESCRIPTION:</span><br></p>\n<p>This position will report to the Facilities department at the Player Development Complex and/or TD Ballpark in Dunedin, Florida. Under general supervision, this role performs custodial duties to care for and clean the interior and exterior of the assigned facility.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs routine inspections of building cleanliness and overall general appearance, reporting issues in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Maintains the cleanliness of all interior and exterior areas.</li>\n<li>Service, clean, or supply restrooms, including admin, grounds, and concourse. </li>\n<li>Clean building floors as needed by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.</li>\n<li>Gather and empty trash.</li>\n<li>Manages all cardboard in accordance with department standard operating procedures.</li>\n<li>Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors.</li>\n<li>Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. </li>\n<li>Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.</li>\n<li>Pressure washing various areas within the concourse and bowl area.</li>\n<li>Complete minor repairs and building improvements.</li>\n<li>Move heavy furniture, equipment, or supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks.</li>\n<li>Provides operational support for events, including but not limited to set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies.</li>\n<li>Assist trade workers and maintenance technicians in performing assigned tasks.</li>\n<li>Paint building interiors and exteriors. </li>\n<li>Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.</li>\n<li>Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions. </li>\n<li>Tracks and monitors work orders daily.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">TECHNOLOGY SKILLS </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br>Facilities Management Software or CMMS</li>\n<li>Microsoft Office</li>\n<li>Microsoft Word </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of routine cleaning and chemical usage.</li>\n<li>Strong computer and mobile device skills.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and organizational skills. </li>\n<li>Basic maintenance skills is a plus.</li>\n<li>Highly motivated and adaptable with a positive attitude. </li>\n<li>Strong time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>Legally able to work in the United States.</li>\n<li>Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Blue Jays has a strong commitment to diversity, accessibility and inclusion.
