    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital seeks a <strong>Nursing Admin RN Coordinator</strong> for their Nursing Administration department. This position assists the Manager of Patient Care Services and/or Nursing Supervisor in the management of Cottage Call Center and Staffing Office functions.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assign patients on a daily basis to ensure optimum patient care for all units. Discusses patient placement needs with each unit that will provide the best possible patient care based on established areas of expertise, scheduled staff and available resources.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Forecast placement needs for following shifts. Identifies patient placement problems or issues, begins intervention, if necessary, then consults with Manager of Patient Care Services and/or Nursing Supervisor.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Independently engage and manage pre-transfer screening for all inquiries. Ensure compliance with EMTALA guidelines.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n<p>All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)</p>\n<p>Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)</p>\n<p><strong>CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum: Current California nursing license in good standing.</p>\n<p><strong>YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum of two years direct patient care experience, preferably in an acute care setting.</p>",
