Even if you feel like you don’t meet all the criteria, please give it a shot, and still apply.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p>Reporting to the Plant Manager, The Jr. Fitter/Welder will be responsible for but not limited to:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>• Read and follow detailed written instructions and fabrication drawings.</p>\n<p>• Perform accurate measurements and calculations using feet, inches, and fractions.</p>\n<p>• Operate carbon air-arc equipment for back gouging processes.</p>\n<p>• Ensure safe work practices are adhered to, and appropriate PPE is worn at all times.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Location:</span></p>\n<p>• Asheville Fabrication Facility</p>\n<p>• 2nd Shift</p>\n<p>• Monday to Friday</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Training:</span></p>\n<p>• Learn to read and interpret blueprints.</p>\n<p>• Learn to read a tape measure.</p>\n<p>• Learn to operate overhead cranes.</p>\n<p>• Learn Health and Safety procedures.</p>\n<p>• Learn to be a team player, who can interrelate and operate effectively with peers and other</p>\n<p>associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment.</p>\n<p>• Learn organizational skills and learn to be flexible in managing changing priorities.</p>\n<p>• Learn communication skills – both written and oral.</p>\n<p>• Learn analytical and problem-solving skills.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<p>• 401(k) Retirement Plan</p>\n<p>• 401(k) Matching Contributions</p>\n<p>• Health Insurance</p>\n<p>• Dental Insurance</p>\n<p>• Vision Insurance</p>\n<p>• Life Insurance</p>\n<p>• Paid Time Off (PTO)</p>\n<p>• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</p>",
