    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Safety </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure safe work systems/procedures are always practised and adhered to ensuring duties are performed in a manner that minimises risk to self, employees, and contractors.</li>\n<li>Maintain exemplary standard of housekeeping at all times, safe work, incident/accident reporting &amp; active involvement in safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.</li>\n<li>Abide by and proactively comply with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and systems, as well as all relevant legislation.</li>\n<li>Understand and familiarise oneself with site Emergency evacuation procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company / Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Display conduct which is aligned with company Core Values, Policies and Procedures.</li>\n<li>Lead by example and actively participate to achieve department and company goals and objectives.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and legislation</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behaviour / Attitude</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support and follow all lawful instructions/directives from direct supervisor.</li>\n<li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and take responsibility for own conduct and behaviour in the workplace.</li>\n<li>Ensure good, clear lines of communication between all stakeholders, including the Site Management team, co-workers and contractors</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Knowledge / Skills / Duties</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish and monitor primary and secondary underground survey controls at the SZM to include decline, or tunnel grade levelling and maintain respective data collection and documentation of control and closure accuracies and/or adjustments</li>\n<li>Complete daily survey pickups, provide line and grade control for development crews, produce driving layouts, maintain as-built drawings, complete month end development and production reports</li>\n<li>Complete scans of underground excavations to update as-built models and for reconciliation purposes</li>\n<li>Conduct survey data analysis and maintain integrity of data of all files in survey database.</li>\n<li>Set out mine design and geological requirements to include plans for staff to utilize</li>\n<li>Conduct and verify ore reserve and/or stockpile surveys to ensure accurate mineral resource volumes are calculated and reconciled monthly</li>\n<li>Maintain surveying equipment to required standards</li>\n<li>Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of ore and waste bodies for engineering and geology teams</li>\n<li>Collaborate and share survey data with engineering, geology, and contract personnel.</li>\n<li>Develop criteria for survey methods and procedures</li>\n<li>Carry out initial surveys, risk assessments and environmental impact assessments on potential work locations to assess whether pla\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with compiling monthly reports</li>\n</ul>\n \n<ul>\n<li>Participate in and support business improvement initiatives and delivery a product(s) to operations and project teams.</li>\n<li>Attend and actively participate in shift change meetings and provide accurate handover notes/information on problems, events and process changes to cross shift</li>\n</ul>\n \n<ul>\n<li>Prioritise and complete tasks accurately as to specifications as assigned by direct supervisor within required timeframes.</li>\n<li>Proactively identify and address hazards before they arise as issues.</li>\n<li>Be punctual to work and all required site meetings.</li>\n</ul>\nUndertake other duties as lawfully instructions are workable</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Planning &amp; Organisation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teamwork</span></li>\n<li>Conduct other activities to support the safe, efficient, and successful development of the Sugar Zone Mine</li>\n<li>Produce survey plans and memos as required to a high standard and timely manner</li>\n<li>\n</li></ul>",
