Position has robust growth potential. </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive benefits package<span> </span><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">(health insurance, dental, vision, life insurance)</span> </span></li>\n<li>30+ hours eligible for full benefit package<br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">401K with employer match up to 4% </span>for all full and part time employees</li>\n<li>Paid holidays, paid sick days and accrued vacation time provides<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>5+ weeks of paid time</span><span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">off</span><span> </span>annually.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">POSITION:</span></p>\n<p>We are currently seeking a full-time<span> REGIONAL OUTREACH MANAGER </span><span>to join our team in order to build and sustain meaningful relationships with referral partners and community providers, ensuring individuals and families who need care are connected to the right support at the right time.</span> <span>The REGIONAL OUTREACH MANAGER reports to the VP of Marketing.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain the well-being of clients and the integrity of the program.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with mental health professionals, healthcare providers, hospitals, schools, and community organizations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Represent Balance Treatment Center and its IOP/PHP programs through in-person and virtual outreach meetings, presentations, and site visits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Educate referral sources on Balance’s levels of care, treatment philosophy, clinical models, and admissions criteria.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Serve as a consistent and reliable point of contact for referral partners, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate closely with Admission, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and program capacity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate warm handoffs of referrals to the admission team and ensure appropriate follow-up with referral sources.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Track outreach activities, referral sources, and outcomes accurately in CRM and referral management systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor outreach performance and referral trends, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Identify opportunities for expanding referral relationships and community partnerships to support sustainable growth.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Represent Balance at community events, networking meetings, conferences, and health fairs to increase awareness and strengthen relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Communicate Balance’s mission, values, and commitment to high-quality care in a compassionate, ethical, and professional manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Gather and share market feedback from referral partners to inform leadership, marketing, and clinical teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all outreach activities comply with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Following are the qualifications required to perform the essential functions of this position. Qualifications may be subject to modification based on the Americans with Disabilities Act.</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications, Social Services, or a related field preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum of two years of experience in behavioral health outreach, healthcare marketing, admissions, intake, or referral coordination preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with mental health treatment settings, including IOP and PHP levels of care, preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to build trust-based relationships with clinical professionals and community partners.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must have valid California driver’s license and liability insurance if driving personal and/or company vehicle on Balance Treatment Center business.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Vision, hearing, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination must be adequate for performance of job duties. Able to sit at desk, use keyboard, write, and physically perform other job duties. Able to move about the facility and community to meet with referral partners and staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Must be customer-service driven and mission-oriented.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Specific qualifications may vary based on assignment.
