Job Role:   Project Manager Location : Germany or N. Macedonia Reporting to:   Director of Solution Centre Established in 1984, MAK-SYSTEM’s vision is to design, develop, and deliver globally best-of-breed software to manage Blood, Plasma, Tissue, and Cells from end to end using the best technologies and functionalities for the patient’s benefit. Our software solutions continuously support the digital transformation of organizations such as Blood  Centers Plasma  Centers Transfusion Services Tissue Banks Stem Cell Labs Cell and Gene Therapy (SME to Big Pharma, CMOs, Hospitals) The primary responsibility of the Project Manager   is the successful delivery of MAK-SYSTEM’s advanced software   solutions to clients .   This role   provide s   day-to-day management of projects   including risk management, stakeholder communications, as well as facilitate project implementation   and overcome project barriers. Project Managers are domain and location agnostic.  They may have a primary geographic location and/or functional domain but may be asked to work with other functional domains or other geographies. Key Responsibilities : Define project scope, objectives and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with customers, teams, program  manage , and other stakeholders Define project charter & success criteria and disseminate them to involve parties throughout project life cycle Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications documents based on best practices Set and deliver project delivery phases (marked by milestones) and obtain necessary acknowledgement from customers (signature), to ensure company’s revenue recognition. Understand the needs of the client putting them in touch with the right colleagues when issues and opportunities are identified C oach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and lead,   prioritise and support them to take the actions needed to deliver Plan, identify, assign, and monitor  the resources  needed to deliver projects efficiently , to a  high quality  with  outputs on time and to budget Build, develop, and grow the business relationships needed for the success of the project and beyond Monitor and drive project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that the project team delivers a satisfactory result to the customer Proactively and collaboratively manage changes in project scope, identify and address   potential issues well ahead of time, and ensure contingency plans are in place for when things   go wrong Maintain project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports Conduct project postmortems, and  identify  and implement improvements to make things   better next time Objectives: Projects delivered on time, on budget and within scope Customer Satisfaction Compliance Re quirements: The  employee  is required to comply with all applicable data protection and information security policies and procedures relevant to its role. This includes actively supporting the principles of privacy by design and confidentiality when handling personal and health-related information ,  as applicable to its role . The employee  shall: Ensure appropriate handling of personal and health information in line with confidentiality and integrity standards; Report suspected data breaches or security incidents promptly; Follow established access control, data classification, and secure communication protocols; Participate in mandatory training and audits related to information security and data protection; Apply the company's best practices and guidance to safeguard information assets and support the company's compliance; Practice responsibilities as defined in the Information Security Policy in accordance with the  employee ’s role. Previous Experiences/Qualifications : E xperience in IT project management, preferably in IT Healthcare industry E xcellent written, oral, and presentation skills in German and English Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to   perform critical job functions, trending, reporting metrics etc.; Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum) Cost and risk management skill s Flexibility to travel onsite based on customer reques t S trong and natural leadership E xcellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills A utonomy required and capacity to work within a worldwide team P roblem-solving skills and ability to find innovative ways to resolve them C omfortable working with customers and colleagues at all levels and from a   variety of cultures and backgrounds S trong team player, with good critical thinking skills G ood knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures Experience  improving how things are done, as well as making sure they get done Care passionately about ensuring the safety of our customers’ patients C urious and enjoying working with different nationalities and cultures . You may have (nice to have but not essential):        •   Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , MIS, Computer Science or equivalent        • Project-Management Professional (PMP) certification- Project Management Institute
