We believe in empowering our employees, fostering collaboration, and delivering top-quality products that set industry standards.</p><p>We are looking for a driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help execute key marketing initiatives that drive business growth.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As our Marketing Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll be right in the action&mdash;supporting campaigns, content, and dealer initiatives that keep our brand top of mind and drive real results. Whether it&#39;s creating engaging social posts, launching email campaigns, or coordinating trade shows, you&#39;ll play a key role in helping our team (and our dealer network) grow.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and trade channels</li><li>Coordinate content creation working with cross functional team including blog posts, social media, and video/photography needs</li><li>Support coordination of key events such as trade shows, conference, video/phot shoots &ndash; logistics, material and follow-up&nbsp;</li><li>Support dealer marketing efforts by coordinating production and shipment of needed materials &ndash; act as liaison for dealer requests</li><li>Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met across projects</li><li>Help track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development and customer service.</li><li>Prepare reports and presentations as needed (e.g. monthly performance reports).</li></ul><p><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>0-2 years of marketing experience with a consumer focus</li><li>Digital marketing experience (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Collaborative team player with problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Self-motivated and results-driven with a keen attention to detail</li></ul><p><strong>Why Explore Industries?</strong></p><p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Salary Range: $48,000 &ndash; $55,000 annually</li><li>Actual compensation will be based on experience, job-related skills, and applicable geographic location.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits &amp; Additional Compensation</strong><br>Eligible employees may receive access to the following benefits and programs, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with company match</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance options</li><li>Optional life and disability insurance</li><li>Other incentive or compensation programs may be available depending on the position</li></ul><p>Ready to dive in?
