This role will bridge development and operations, ensuring efficient CI/CD processes, robust system architecture, and adherence to best practices across cloud and Salesforce environments, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven automation.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP</li>\n <li>Define and implement DevOps strategies, frameworks, and best practices</li>\n <li>Build and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure</li>\n <li>Lead the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable deployments</li>\n <li>Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps processes using <strong>Salesforce DX (SFDX)</strong></li>\n <li>Design and automate Salesforce deployment pipelines (metadata/API-based deployments, CI/CD integration)</li>\n <li>Manage version control and branching strategies for Salesforce and cloud applications</li>\n <li>Establish infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates</li>\n <li>Ensure system reliability, performance, and cost optimization</li>\n <li>Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions</li>\n <li><strong>Leverage AI-assisted development tools</strong> to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery speed</li>\n <li><strong>Design and implement AI-driven automation</strong> for CI/CD pipelines, testing, code reviews, and operational workflows</li>\n <li><strong>Define guardrails and governance</strong> for safe and controlled use of AI tools to prevent unnecessary refactoring and risk</li>\n <li><strong>Integrate AI-based insights</strong> into monitoring, anomaly detection, and incident management</li>\n <li><strong>Evaluate and adopt emerging AI/ML tools</strong> for DevOps, cloud operations, and Salesforce development</li>\n <li>Collaborate with development, QA, Salesforce teams, and architecture teams to streamline delivery workflows</li>\n <li>Define and enforce security, compliance, and governance standards across cloud and Salesforce platforms</li>\n <li>Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and automation practices</li>\n <li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to DevOps engineers and teams</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Education/Experience:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li>\n <li>8+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure roles</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Required</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)</li>\n <li>Proven experience with <strong>Salesforce DX (SFDX)</strong> and Salesforce deployment processes</li>\n <li>Experience with <strong>AI-assisted development tools and automation frameworks</strong></li>\n <li>Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar)</li>\n <li>Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of networking, security, and system design principles</li>\n <li>Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.)</li>\n <li>Experience with Git-based version control and branching strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)</li>\n <li>Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, DevOps or Architect certifications)</li>\n <li>Experience with Salesforce environments (Scratch Orgs, Sandboxes, Packaging)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure deployment practices</li>\n <li>Familiarity with cost optimization and FinOps practices</li>\n <li>Experience implementing <strong>AI-driven DevOps (AIOps)</strong> or intelligent automation solutions</li>\n</ul>\n<p>National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.</li>\n <li>Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</li>\n <li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.</li>\n <li>Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.</li>\n <li>Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.</li>\n <li>Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.</li>\n <li>Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.</li>\n <li>Take constructive feedback.</li>\n <li>Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Compensation Information</h2>Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings.
