He/she will be responsible for identifying employees’ training needs, creating instructional materials, developing annual training programs and conducting training sessions. The product trainer will offer a structured learning experience, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, organize and handle tests for new and current employees.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collect information about the product cooperating with the appropriate teams and specialists, and doing research in the frames of the program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create and develop training course material according to the appropriate levels using as a source the collected and existing data about the Product</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare effective presentations with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint and other Instructional programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare the speech for the onsite and online training sessions and conduct them for new and current employees</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create interactive quizzes and games for these training sessions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of training solutions and make changes to programs based on feedback, analysis and recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Evaluate the knowledge of training participants to determine training needs and effectiveness</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare streamed video content for the online learning platform</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and conduct performance tests for different department employees according to the requirements</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">University degree.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 2-year work experience in the field of teaching/training or in customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and training handling skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Competent speech, ability to motivate and persuade</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of MS office, good knowledge of PowerPoint, and Internet navigation skills.
