What you will do Reviews English Learners data with administrators and teachers to develop service models, plan lessons, and deliver instruction. Conducts professional development about language acquisition and strategies embedded in content. Conducts and facilitates departmental and grade level PLCs sessions to assist with planning and collaboration for instruction and meaningful differentiation in classrooms. Conducts coaching cycles and classroom visits and provides feedback to teachers. Models lessons and instructional strategies for teachers. Knowledge of best practices in adult learning, teaching methods and teaching skills and the ability to use and model them. Demonstrated ability to analyze student performance data, then, formulate instructional strategies to meet student needs.
