In the Financial Service Center (FSC) you will build and maintain relationships and uphold the integrity of our Brand while living out our Mission and Vision and demonstrating our Core Values, making the financial well-being of our membership altogether better in the areas of savings, loans, investments, credit counseling, eServices and convenience services. This position is primarily responsible for servicing the membership to identify each member’s needs by cross-selling products and services, while ensuring our members have a positive experience. This position ensures that all operational policies are adhered to in the absence of the FSC manager. This position should be able to train, coach, and influence the FSAs should they need assistance with their daily duties.
