This role oversees all mid‑shift production activities, ensuring smooth transitions between morning and night shifts, maintaining production flow, and supporting continuous operations. The supervisor is responsible for enforcing SQF and food safety standards, coordinating staffing, monitoring line performance, and maintaining strong communication across all plant departments.
