Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure effective teamwork, technical proficiency, and professional growth. <em>(This leadership applies to NACG’s internal team, not subsidiary teams.)</em></li>\n <li><strong> Operational Oversight:</strong> Manage and prioritize day-to-day operational tasks—including monitoring, maintenance, incident response, and service requests—for NACG’s core environment and shared infrastructure services used by subsidiaries. Ensure stability and availability across these environments.</li>\n <li><strong> Service Reliability and Performance:</strong> Oversee proactive maintenance and capacity planning to ensure optimal system performance, scalability, and minimal downtime for both NACG and subsidiary-supported infrastructure services.</li>\n <li><strong> Incident and Problem Management: </strong>Lead incident response efforts for infrastructure services impacting NACG or its subsidiaries. Coordinate communications and ensure thorough root cause analysis and follow-up improvements.</li>\n <li><strong> Process Improvement: </strong>Identify operational inefficiencies and drive enhancements to procedures, documentation, and automation to improve reliability and efficiency across all supported environments.</li>\n <li><strong> Collaboration and Coordination: </strong>Work closely with application teams, service owners, and subsidiary IT contacts to ensure that shared infrastructure services are aligned, secure, and operating effectively. <em>(Coordination—not management—of subsidiary resources.)</em></li>\n <li><strong> Compliance and Standards: </strong>Ensure operational activities follow established security, compliance, and governance frameworks (including SOX and NIST-aligned controls). Support audit and reporting requirements across NACG and subsidiary-impacting infrastructure services.</li>\n <li><strong> Knowledge and Documentation: </strong>Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles to ensure consistency and clarity for internal teams and subsidiary stakeholders who rely on NACG-provided services.</li>\n <li><em><strong>On-Call and Availability: </strong>Provide leadership for on-call rotations, ensuring effective coverage and timely response to infrastructure issues affecting NACG or its subsidiaries. Maintain an onsite presence with flexibility for after-hours support as needed.</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What Makes You the ONE</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Bachelor’s degree or diploma</strong> in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; equivalent experience in IT operations and leadership will also be considered.</li>\n <li><strong>Formal leadership or management training</strong> (e.g., people leadership, coaching, or organizational management) is strongly preferred.</li>\n <li><strong>Certifications in service management or governance</strong> (such as ITIL Foundation) are considered valuable assets.</li>\n <li><strong>Technical certifications</strong> (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are beneficial but secondary to demonstrated leadership and team management experience.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated commitment to <strong>continuous professional growth</strong>, including leadership development and staying current with evolving infrastructure and cloud practices.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Summary</h2>\n<p><strong><u>What’s Next</u></strong></p>\n<p>After you send us your resume, our Recruitment team will work with the hiring division to determine candidates we’d like to meet with.
