You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>How you’ll contribute&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A&nbsp;<strong>Registered Nurse (RN)&nbsp;</strong>who excels in this role:&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Accurately performs patient assessments and&nbsp;identifies&nbsp;patient needs&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Identifies&nbsp;and&nbsp;initiates&nbsp;appropriate nursing&nbsp;interventions&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Provides care&nbsp;appropriate to&nbsp;condition and age of the patient&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Performs&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;appropriate documentation&nbsp;relating to medical necessity in the medical record&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Performs&nbsp;timely&nbsp;and&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;QI assessments&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\"><strong>What&nbsp;we’re&nbsp;looking for&nbsp;</strong><br>Applicants should have a current state RN license and&nbsp;possess&nbsp;a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.&nbsp;Additional&nbsp;requirements include:&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">Basic Life Support certification is&nbsp;required&nbsp;within&nbsp;30 days&nbsp;of hire.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">ACLS and PALS are&nbsp;required&nbsp;within six months of hire.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">One year of experience preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom: 0in;\">ASLS certification preferred&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Why&nbsp;join us</strong></p><p>We believe&nbsp;that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
