overnight stays required as needed)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Rate: Approx. $80,000 - $120,000/yr+ </span><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are partnering with an<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> established commercial aquatics contractor</span> specializing in complex commercial pool systems, aquatic facilities, and large-scale water treatment environments across the Carolinas and Virginia.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of hands-on experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">commercial pool / aquatic systems maintenance or repair </span>OR <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5+ years of experience in </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">commercial/industrial mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work</span></li>\n<li>Experience with:\n<ul>\n<li>Pumps, filters, heaters, UV systems</li>\n<li>Chemical controllers and water treatment systems</li>\n<li>Low-voltage electrical systems and sensors</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret construction documents, schematics, and blueprints</li>\n<li>Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment (volt meters, balancing tools, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills for client-facing field work and remote coordination</li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license required</li>\n<li>Must be willing to travel up to 80% (including overnight stays during project work)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (company will support certification)</li>\n<li>Experience working on government or military facilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and resolve complex commercial pool and aquatic system failures</li>\n<li>Lead on-site troubleshooting for pump rooms, filtration systems, and automation controls</li>\n<li>Perform startup, testing, calibration, and commissioning of aquatic systems</li>\n<li>Repair and maintain systems including pumps, heaters, chemical feeders, UV and filtration systems</li>\n<li>Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and blueprints</li>\n<li>Document field activity and communicate findings clearly to clients</li>\n<li>Support and guide junior technicians in the field (hands-on mentorship model)</li>\n<li>Collaborate with service managers and project teams to plan weekly schedules and job sequencing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools &amp; Software Used:</span><br>Outlook, Raken, Bluebeam, Trimble Spectrum, plus manufacturer diagnostic and calibration tools</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation &amp; Perks:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Annually earnings approx. $80,000 - $120,000/yr + based on experience</li>\n<li>Hourly rate + paid overtime + annual bonus  </li>\n<li>Annual performance bonus (5–10% based on company + individual performance)</li>\n<li>Weekly travel per diem ($160 if traveling for 4 or more days)</li>\n<li>All lodging fully covered by company (option to drive home nightly if within safe range)</li>\n<li>Take home company vehicle + fuel card provided</li>\n<li>Health insurance (PPO/HMO options)</li>\n<li>Dental + vision coverage</li>\n<li>401(k) with up to 4% match (immediate vesting)</li>\n<li>PTO and paid holidays</li>\n<li>Paid certifications &amp;
