Bancroft’s reputation for excellence is based on its commitment to providing a spectrum of individualized services, treating each person with respect and dignity, and providing services in an encouraging and supportive environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Provides on-site job assessment, skills training, and job coaching to persons served within the Bancroft organization and employed at host organizations to maintain and enhance community-based employment</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong>High School diploma or equivalent required with additional education in a related field desirable.  BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferred.  Related work experience in employment services preferred.
