Job Description: Residential specialists are tasked with providing support around daily living and mental health management in a 24/7, community-based adult residence . The staff works to increase independence, encourage skill acquisition and utilization, help with symptom management, and maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents. Residential specialists work closely with the treatment team and community agencies to provide wrap-around support for all individuals. We strive to provide effective, evidence-based practices. The position includes day-to-day household management and transportation of residents to and from appointments, shopping, extra-curricular activities, etc. Requires the ability to form therapeutic relationships, think critically, provide interventions, and take initiative. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or education/counseling from an accredited college or university. Candidate must possess a valid driver’s license, an automobile with liability insurance, and a clean background and driving record check
