They will collaborate with carriers and customers to ensure high-quality service, prioritize tasks, and achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements. Additionally, they will lead reconciliation meetings and audit reviews. </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><br><span>Should be able to read, speak, write and converse in Mandarin and English languages.</span></li>\n<li><span>You are a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree or a 4-year course in Finance, Business, Logistics and Supply Chain, Engineering, Commerce or any related courses.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>You have 2+ years experience building customer relationships</span></li>\n<li><span>You have intermediate knowledge and exposure to Excel</span></li>\n<li><span>You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Logistics and Supply Chain experience is a big plus</span></li>\n<li><span>You like multitasking and have demonstrated effective management of simultaneous, diverse projects.</span></li>\n<li><span>You are comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and meaning in information and can turn facts and figures into a meaningful story for the customer.</span></li>\n<li><span>You want to gain real world experience in the logistics and supply chain industry to develop your business analytics skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>You are an independent problem solver and like to get to the root of the issue by cleaning up bad data.</span><br></li>\n<li><span>You are willing to be assigned in the Swing Shift (12:00nn - 9:00 pm, PH time)</span></li>\n</ul>",
