(RTFNetwork)<br>Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Supervised Clinical Training Role)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span><br>Redefining the Future Network, Inc. is seeking a motivated and compassionate Alcohol and Drug Trainee (ADT) to join our growing Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program. This position is ideal for individuals pursuing certification as a Certified Supervised Counselor-Alcohol and Drug (CSC-AD) or higher credential in Maryland.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The ADT will provide supervised support services to individuals with substance use disorders while gaining hands-on clinical experience in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide direct services to clients with substance use disorders under approved supervision</li>\n<li>Assist with screening, intake assessments, and biopsychosocial evaluations</li>\n<li>Support the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans</li>\n<li>Facilitate or co-facilitate individual and group counseling sessions</li>\n<li>Deliver psychoeducation related to substance use, relapse prevention, and coping strategies</li>\n<li>Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with COMAR and Medicaid standards</li>\n<li>Participate in weekly clinical supervision and staff meetings</li>\n<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care</li>\n<li>Support discharge planning and referrals to community resources</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Registered or eligible to register as an Alcohol and Drug Trainee (ADT) in the state of Maryland</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field (preferred)</li>\n<li>Strong interest in pursuing SUD certification (CSC-AD, CAC-AD, etc.)</li>\n<li>Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health principles (preferred)</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with individuals with substance use or co-occurring disorders</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing (MI), CBT, or DBT approaches</li>\n<li>Experience with electronic health records (e.g., TheraNest)</li>\n<li>Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervision and Training</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clinical supervision provided by a Board-Approved Supervisor (CSC-AD or higher)</li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and certification advancement</li>\n<li>Ongoing training aligned with evidence-based practices and Maryland regulations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation and Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive hourly rate (based on experience and qualifications)</li>\n<li>Supervision hours provided toward certification</li>\n<li>Flexible scheduling options</li>\n<li>Opportunities for advancement within RTFNetwork</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About RTFNetwork</span><br>Redefining the Future Network, Inc. is a community-based behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care.
