This role will focus on translating technical concepts, regulatory requirements, and product functionality into accessible content for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. The Technical Writer will collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and business teams to ensure documentation supports operational efficiency, regulatory alignment, and an exceptional user experience.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Key Functions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Create and maintain technical documentation for mortgage and fintech systems (LOS, POS, servicing platforms)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop user guides, API documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Translate complex technical and regulatory concepts into clear, concise content</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with engineers and product managers to document features and system changes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure documentation aligns with regulatory requirements (RESPA, TILA, HMDA, TRID)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Education &amp; Experience (must meet one of the following):</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3–5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries, OR</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">7 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in fintech or regulated industries.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to obtain VA Public Trust Clearance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong ability to understand and explain complex technical systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience writing API documentation and developer-facing content.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe writing and editing capabilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proficient in Confluence and SharePoint documentation and knowledge base systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
