The Future We Build Together.</p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent perferred</li>\n <li>One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred</li>\n <li>One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred</li>\n <li>One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred</li>\n <li>Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified</li>\n <li>Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and as a member of a team</li>\n <li>Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills</li>\n <li>Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Important Note: </strong>Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.</li>\n <li>Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.</li>\n <li>Participate in physical inventories as necessary.</li>\n <li>Provide floor support to Operation Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.</li>\n <li>Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.</li>\n <li>Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em> </em><em>Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
