Navisworks.</li>\n<li>Experience in commercial, residential, educational, healthcare and industrial projects.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Digital Engineering, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and digital project delivery frameworks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.</span><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">KNOWLEDGE &amp; EXPERIENCE</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Possess a good knowledge of the practicalities of design, and the ability to make informed design decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">An understanding of the overall workings of BIM modelling is essential, and the ability to fill in for senior staff when required, e.g., model set-up and management. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Basic understanding of LEAN principles, ISO 19650 and Information Management – Cobie/IFC Delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Use Autodesk Revit tools to present design and engineering solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Naviswork Clash – detection process for MEP Coordination,</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Schematics Production in AutoCAD from Floor plan / Mark up.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Document all designs in accordance with requirements of design practice manuals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Manage own continuous development and support the development of colleagues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple jobs/tasks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Drive excellence through high-quality work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Proactive approach to work with a strong team spirit.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Confident to speak up and make decisions.<br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Design management of projects as appropriate to ensure deadlines are met.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">Carry out M&amp;E design work</span> <span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\">as applicable using REVIT MEP and Navis delivering constructible 3D clash free models for EDC’s clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Produce Revit models coordinated with architectural and structural designs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Assist the project lead in preparing calculations and construction documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #3b3838; font-size: 16px\">Research, plan, design and develop building engineering systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing and electrical, in strict consultation and coordination with the project lead.</span></li>\n<li>Ensure BIM &amp; CAD standards are upheld</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040; font-size: 16px\"><br><br></span><span style=\"color: rgb(35, 111, 161); font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">BENEFITS</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #404040\">Whilst working with EDC you will have every opportunity to get stuck in and make an impact immediately.
