This position is responsible for providing support in the areas of Human Resources, including benefits, hiring, Oracle cloud HCM, and related areas. &nbsp;Additionally, it also ensures adherence to company policies, procedures, and related government regulations.</p><p>A high school diploma and one year of experience are required.</p><p><i><strong><u>Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.</u></strong></i></p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and resolve HR-related requests by connecting clients with appropriate resources and solutions</li><li>Communicate accurate information concerning HR services through inbound calls and electronically submitted communications&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support to analyze and resolve HR related requests for information&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to employee, manager, and stakeholder inquiries with accuracy and professionalism&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as a versatile HR team member, providing cross-functional support across multiple HR functions and initiatives</li><li>Maintain and update personnel records and HR data to ensure compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality</li><li>Support HR operations, projects, and process improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and the employee experience</li><li>Adapt to changing priorities and departmental needs while contributing to the successful execution of HR programs and services</li><li>Collaborate with HR team members and campus partners to support Baylor University's mission, strategic objectives, and workplace culture</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission</li><li>Ability to comply with University policies</li><li>Maintain regular and punctual attendance</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You Can Expect</strong></p><p>As part of the Baylor family, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, generous time off, tuition remission, and outstanding automatic retirement contributions.
