    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: 30px;\">Night shift position: 12-hour shifts (7p-7a)</span> &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Summary of Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Maintenance Technician will perform daily checks on plastic injection molding machines and</p><p>other production equipment to prevent malfunctions and reduce machine downtime.</p><p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Performs PM&#39;s, basic repairs, inspections, adjusts and/or replaces worn parts, and documents work performed.</li><li>Performs inventory of supplies used by maintenance department.</li><li>Inspects and maintains electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and maintains equipment safety features.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other plant PM or repairs to include lighting and auxiliary equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains 5s cleanliness standards.</li><li>Utilizes safety equipment as appropriate for the work being performed.</li><li>Performs other related duties as required and assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.&nbsp;</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills with excellent time management skills.</li><li>Strong working knowledge of various mathematical concepts including fractions, ratios, and proportions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.</li><li>Ability to sit, bend and stand for long periods of time and move about the facility for extended periods of time.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Must be able to lift 50 lbs., stand, and move about the facility for extended periods of time.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li><u>Education</u>: High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.</li><li><u>Experience</u>: Must have at least 5 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry.
