These programs serve children from prenatal stages through age five, integrating high-quality early education with essential services such as health screenings, nutrition, and family advocacy.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Overview of Key Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Bilingual ERSEA (Enrollment, Recruitment, Selection, Eligibility and Attendance) assists the ERSEA Coordinator in maintaining full enrollment in the Head Start/Early Head Start programs by processing applications, conducting in-person interviews, and determining income eligibility. This role will also assist in maintaining the data system (ChildPlus) while ensuring compliance with policies, correspond with parents regarding application status, and maintain accurate records.
