This role partners with Project Managers and field leadership to ensure schedules are accurate, logical, and aligned with contractual milestones.</p>\n<p>The Project Scheduler is accountable for schedule integrity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Core Accountability</span></p>\n<p>The Project Schedular is directly accountable for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate, logic-driven project schedules aligned to contract requirements</li>\n<li>Lead schedule updates and reporting cadence</li>\n<li>Identify critical path and schedule risks</li>\n<li>Support forecasting and recovery planning</li>\n<li>Maintain schedule documentation and change tracking discipline</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Execution Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop baseline schedules aligned with estimate assumptions and execution plans</li>\n<li>Maintain CPM schedules with proper logic ties and measurable progress tracking</li>\n<li>Lead weekly/bi-weekly schedule update cycles</li>\n<li>Identify critical path and near-critical activities</li>\n<li>Produce look-ahead schedules and milestone reports</li>\n<li>Support recovery plans when performance deviates from plan</li>\n<li>Document delays and impacts to support change management</li>\n<li>Coordinate schedule integration across subcontractors and vendors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Leadership &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Track A – Degree Path</p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of scheduling or project controls experience</p>\n<p>Track B – Experience Path</p>\n<p>5+ years of progressive scheduling experience in electrical or industrial construction</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Required Experience &amp;
