KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute a comprehensive and forward-thinking quality control engineering strategy, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices. Drive the evolution of quality control processes, ensuring they meet and exceed rigorous engineering standards. Lead and mentor a high-caliber team of quality control engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning. Establish and uphold the highest standards of performance, professionalism, and collaboration within the quality control engineering team. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, leveraging your engineering expertise to proactively identify, assess, and resolve complex quality issues. Lead the implementation of corrective actions with a strategic and innovative mindset. Develop, establish, and maintain advanced quality control metrics and performance indicators, utilizing sophisticated analytics to inform strategic decision-making. Integrate predictive analytics to anticipate and mitigate potential quality challenges. Champion and drive transformative continuous improvement initiatives, pushing the boundaries of quality control systems and processes. Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, integrating cutting-edge engineering practices into quality control operations. Ensure unwavering compliance with stringent regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate closely with regulatory affairs teams, providing expert guidance on compliance strategies in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. Engage with senior leadership, providing regular updates on the performance of the quality control engineering function, key initiatives, and areas for improvement. Foster transparent and effective communication within the team and across the organization.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance. Proven success in executive-level leadership and management. Exceptional knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Proven track record in implementing and optimizing quality control systems and processes. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Advanced analytical skills, with a visionary and strategic mindset.
