Essential Duties and Responsibilities Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view Keys to Success Progression to this level is restricted on the basis of business requirements Supervisory Responsibilities None Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools and judgement to identify innovative solutions Requirements and Preferred Skills 8-10 years of experience PAY & BENEFITS Full-Time Bonus Eligible Relocation is provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3  weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
