This individual will focus on scientific strategy, client engagement, and program communication, acting as a key scientific voice and partner both internally and externally. The role requires deep expertise in immune disease models, in vitro pharmacology, and the ability to translate science into business growth.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the in vitro immune disease assay and screening platform.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their scientific needs, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Provide scientific leadership and guidance across projects, fostering innovation and ensuring scientific rigor.</li>\n <li>Monitor emerging scientific trends and breakthroughs in immune diseases, and recommend new capabilities or approaches.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to align strategies and create synergies across the organization.</li>\n <li>Support BD and marketing efforts through scientific presentations, client meetings, and contributions to proposals and marketing materials.</li>\n <li>Ensure clear and effective communication of program updates, data, and scientific insights to clients and internal stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Ph.D. in Biology, Pharmacology, or a related discipline with a focus on immune diseases, especially autoimmune diseases.</li>\n <li>Minimum 8 years of experience in a strategic or leadership role within a CRO, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting.</li>\n <li>Strong scientific background demonstrated through publication record in immune diseases, particularly autoimmune diseases.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with in vitro assay development, validation, and data analysis in immune or inflammatory drug discovery.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment and support business growth through scientific excellence.</li>\n <li>Strategic mindset with experience in client-facing roles or scientific consultancy preferred.</li>\n</ul>",
