This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Implementation Associatiate provides support to a team that provides customizable solutions, and each implementation is carefully designed according to our customers’ diverse needs. Implementation Associates work alongside our consultants and project managers, playing a key role in the configuration process.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your challenges and objectives:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Achieve expert-level knowledge of our platform’s functionality and configurability.</li>\n <li>Understand the configuration needs of each specific case.</li>\n <li>Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of each assignment’s context.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Your day-to-day activities:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Meet with consultants to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.</li>\n <li>Build data models, workflows, forms, templates, reports, and other digital structures that constitute a configuration.</li>\n <li>Migrate configurations from test environments to production environments.</li>\n <li>Run unit tests to ensure configurations work as expected.</li>\n <li>Create and update documentation relevant to the solution (requirements, configuration workbooks, etc.).</li>\n <li>Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with requirements team.  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proactive personality.</li>\n <li>Quick and enthusiastic learner.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n <li>Organized and detail oriented.</li>\n <li>TS/SCI with poly</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About SilverEdge</h2>\n<p>SilverEdge Government Solutions was founded on the belief that nurturing talent and collaborating closely with our customers enables us to think big and deliver the best for our country.
