You will work with industrial sewing equipment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistent quality while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;Operate industrial sewing machines, including Juki Single Needle and ABM Quilter 5432, to stitch materials used in marine applications</p><p>• &nbsp;Follow patterns, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise sewing and construction</p><p>• &nbsp;Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet durability and craftsmanship standards</p><p>• &nbsp;Adjust machine settings as needed to accommodate different materials and designs</p><p>• &nbsp;Perform basic machine upkeep such as threading and replacing needles</p><p>• &nbsp;Work closely with team members and the Sewing Manager to meet daily production goals</p><p>• &nbsp;Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;Previous experience as a sewing machine operator, seamstress, upholstery sewer, or textile worker preferred</p><p>• &nbsp;Experience operating industrial sewing machines (Juki, walking foot, quilting machines, or similar equipment) preferred</p><p>• &nbsp;Familiarity with upholstery materials such as vinyl, marine fabrics, or other heavy-duty textiles is a plus</p><p>• &nbsp;Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately</p><p>• &nbsp;Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment</p><p>• &nbsp;Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise stitching</p><p>• &nbsp;Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;Ability to sit and operate a sewing machine for extended periods</p><p>• &nbsp;Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 25 lbs)</p><p>• &nbsp;Good vision and attention to fine details</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><p>• &nbsp;Competitive pay</p><p>• &nbsp;Paid time off and holidays</p><p>• &nbsp;Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, and company-paid life and disability insurance, and more!</p><p>• &nbsp;401(k) with company match</p><p>• &nbsp;A collaborative, people-focused environment</p><p><br></p><p>Please note:&nbsp;Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.</p>",
