Coordinators handle dispatching, following up and quoting with vendors and customers to ensure jobs are managed and completed accurately and timely.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include but are not limited to</span>: dispatching service calls, following up with vendors throughout lifespan of service call, submitting NTE/Quote requests, recognize and address potential delays with material, provide a high level of customer service by ensuring customers are always up to date on the latest information available. Situations within each job will be unique and may require additional steps<br>Our business strategy is to be the most proactive Door Expert in the industry. Our customers rely on us to provide detailed, reliable, and valuable updates based on both the expert opinion in the field and an internal review process.
