You’ll work closely with our logistics, creative, and events teams to make sure merchandise is not only well-produced but also delivered on time, looking sharp, and ready to impress.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll Do</span></span></p>\n<p>As a Merchandise Lead, you will run the day-to-day operations of the company’s merchandise division. From supplier management and stock control to event logistics and on-site sales, you’ll be at the center of it all — making sure our merchandise is efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company standards.</p>\n<p>This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership, solve problems on the go, and keep everything running smoothly.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Merchandise Operations</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the merchandise shop, including stock, orders, and fulfillment.</li>\n<li>Source and manage suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable production.</li>\n<li>Maintain product quality and branding in collaboration with the Creative Team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Event Support &amp; Logistics</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and deliver merchandise for company events worldwide.</li>\n<li>Manage on-site sales and merchandise logistics during events.</li>\n<li>Oversee storage, stock counts, and replenishment between shows.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Client &amp; Internal Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support exhibitors, partners, and staff with merchandise needs.</li>\n<li>Provide clear updates on timelines, orders, and availability.</li>\n<li>Work with the tech team to ensure the EMS merchandise platform runs smoothly.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial &amp; Reporting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track inventory levels, costs, and sales performance.</li>\n<li>Report regularly to the Chief Logistics Officer on stock and shop performance.</li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs such as sales, stock turnover, and order fulfillment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Teamwork &amp; Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Logistics, Creative, and Events teams to ensure seamless delivery.</li>\n<li>Train and guide assistants or junior staff supporting merchandise operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in B2B merchandising, retail operations, or logistics.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Supplier management and coordination experience.</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel for events when needed.</li>\n<li>Hands-on, detail-focused, and results-driven.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free access to courses via the iGaming Academy, plus reimbursement for relevant courses after probation.</li>\n<li>Opportunity to travel for up to 6 weeks per year from any of SiGMA’s global offices (Malta, Cyprus, Serbia, Brazil, Manila, India) – T&amp;Cs apply.</li>\n<li>Interest-free car loan after probation of up to EUR 10K.</li>\n<li>Daily snacks, weekly fruit, birthday cake, and a vibrant new office environment.</li>\n<li>Additional benefits to be shared during the recruitment process.</li>\n</ul>",
