The position requires good understanding of Physical Security discipline and labor cost analysis. This position will be collaborating closely with Sales and Engineering team to ensure time, material and costs are all identified and accounted for.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Major Roles and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Research, design and build estimates to fit the requirements (based on walkthroughs, specs, or bids)</li><li>Conduct research and analysis to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times etc.</li><li>Read blueprints and analyze all other applicable documents to prepare estimates</li><li>Markup floorplans for equipment placing and pathways</li><li>Research various technology solutions to evaluate best use case scenarios</li><li>Manage pricing from various vendors and manufacturers</li><li>Ensure timely completion of estimates</li><li>Assist sales team in final project preparation transactions</li><li>Build relationships with key vendors</li><li>Provide product demos and consultations as needed</li><li>Ensure company policies and standard practices are followed</li><li>Interact with all clients and be the face of Prime Secured</li><li>Work in partnership with the Sales, Project Management and Engineering teams on larger scale projects</li><li>Prepare and submit reports as required</li><li>Ensure departmental daily records and other management tools are maintained and accurate</li><li>Perform other duties and tasks as assigned</li></ul>",
