Master&rsquo;s from an accredited school of Social Work or its clinical Practice.</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Eligible for membership on the National Association of Social Workers.&nbsp;</span></span></span></li><li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana,sans-serif;\">Ability to provide psychosocial evaluations and counseling to ESRD patients and their families.
