We work hard to attract and retain the brightest in the business, and maintain a one-of-a-kind culture that empowers our people to be who they are and do their best.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities </h2>\n<h2>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage and maintain inventory of uniforms.</li>\n <li>Request dry cleaning of uniforms and process items for donation.</li>\n <li>Coordinate the issuance of uniform returns for current employees.</li>\n <li>Enter information into the Uniform Tracking System.</li>\n <li>Email and coordinate requests with employees and supervisors.</li>\n <li>Provide Accounting and Human Resources with resignation uniform information for processing.</li>\n <li>Maintain organized records of uniform paperwork.</li>\n <li>Order and receive approval on uniform items as needed.</li>\n <li>Assist in monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards of the entire Casino property.</li>\n <li>Ensure the Casino is safe and tidy at all times.</li>\n <li>Ensure specialist cleaning of surfaces and furnishing.</li>\n <li>Clean all glass, brass, wood, etc., throughout the Casino, as well as clean all glass doors at the entrance to the Casino.</li>\n <li>Vacuum carpeting.</li>\n <li>Clean, and stock, all Casino property restrooms.</li>\n <li>Clean employee lounges.</li>\n <li>Adhere to all State and Health Department rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Adhere to the company Safety and Injury and Illness Prevention policies.</li>\n <li>Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.</p>\n<h2>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to obtain and maintain a Gardena Police Department Work Permit</li>\n <li>Excellent/proven organizational and team management skills.</li>\n <li>Proven time management skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to use a computer and to perform data entry and general typing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>EDUCATION/FORMAL TRAINING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>A High School diploma or a General Education Degree</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<h2>LANGUAGE SKILLS</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read, write, and speak in English</li>\n <li>Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and management</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have ability to safely lift minimum of 25 lbs. without restrictions.</li>\n <li>The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.</li>\n <li>Requires ability to constantly reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. </li>\n <li>Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WORK ENVIRONMENT</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adult content environment</li>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age</li>\n <li>24-hour operation with a very fast paced environment</li>\n <li>Must be able to concentrate in an intense, fast-paced environment with numerous distractions</li>\n <li>Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud</li>\n</ul>",
