Timely and professional handling of all requests is essential.</p>\n<h3>Customer Service:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain professionalism in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting.</p></li>\n <li><p>Participate in company training and keep all insurances and licenses current.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Grounds & Property Maintenance:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, supporting maximum curb appeal.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models.</p></li>\n <li><p>Identify and address potential liability issues related to property maintenance.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Administrative Duties:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Complete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough cleanup after each task.</p></li>\n <li><p>Document and bill residents for any damages caused by neglect or misuse, including collecting photos and proof as needed.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction.</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas.</p></li>\n <li><p>Comply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>The activities listed above may not be all inclusive.</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Qualifications</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Proficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with make-ready unit preparation</p></li>\n <li><p>Construction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry</p></li>\n <li><p>Experience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve the resident experience.
