    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in managing the logistics and execution of import and export processes for third-party semen and embryos. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless order fulfillment from order receipt through invoicing.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate with domestic clients, as well as Production Centers, to manage the shipment of semen and embryos through Alta to international destinations.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee inbound product receipt, verifying product integrity, documentation accuracy, and compliance with CFIA.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and optimize supply chain performance metrics, maintaining detailed customer service logs to track order status and resolution.</li><li>Execute full-cycle order processing, including order receipt, processing, inventory management, export documentation preparation, logistics coordination, and invoicing.&nbsp;</li><li>Address and resolve transportation, import/export, and customer-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless operations.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners</li><li>Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques</li></ul>",
