    "description": "<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Mechanical Foreman will participate and oversee the installation or maintenance and inspection of HVAC, Utility and Process piping systems including Sub-Contractors.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Act as a team leader in the execution of larger scale mechanical projects with the objective of constructing a best-in-class product</li>\n\t<li>Ensure field installation compliance with technical specifications, approved shop drawings and submittals </li>\n\t<li>Perform layout and develop isometric drawings for piping systems</li>\n\t<li>Locate and mark the position of pipe installations, connections, passage holes or fixtures in structures using measuring instruments such as rules or levels</li>\n\t<li>Test pipe and fixtures for leaks using various methods</li>\n\t<li>Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings</li>\n\t<li>Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors</li>\n\t<li>Additional duties as directed by job site project manager and supervisor </li>\n\t<li>Supervise and participate in the installations of: Heating Hot Water, Chilled Water Stream, Condensate, Compressed Air, Process Fluids, Chemical, Fuel Oil, Gasses, and other related systems</li>\n\t<li>Measure, cut, thread or bend pipe to required angle using hand or power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, or pipe-bending machines</li>\n\t<li>Perform proper fit-up of pipe, fittings and flanges for open root butt welding and socket welding </li>\n\t<li>Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances, or fixtures using hand or power tools</li>\n</ul>",
