We value diversity in all its forms and strive to create a workplace where everyone feels supported and respected.</p><p>We are currently seeking an experienced On- Site Community Manager at one of our Associations in the Crofton, MD market. &nbsp;The On-Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the association for which they are assigned. This role involves working at one community full-time, and duties include coordinating with the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining and achieving company goals.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of the assigned Board and members of the Community</li><li>Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings</li><li>Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, maintenance and architectural requests and approvals</li><li>Coordinate and manage employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others</li><li>Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due</li><li>Serve as liaison between the association board and legal counsel&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to Board&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to homeowner inquiries</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Applicants Must:<em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Maintain licensing in some states</li><li>Have previous Community Management Experience</li><li>Be professional, organized, and self-motivated</li><li>Possess strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record</li><li>Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits and Compensation:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications</li><li>Training and Support provided&nbsp;</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package</li><li>Work-life balance</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Sentry Management, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
