font-weight: bold\">Role Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Technical Product Manager supports Product and Engineering teams in delivering new features and products from development through release and adoption.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work closely with engineers to understand system behavior, document product capabilities, and enable internal teams and customers through clear communication and training.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You will also help gather feedback and contribute to shaping future product direction through insights and roadmap support.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Product Development &amp; Execution</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Engineering to understand features, system behavior, and technical architecture</li>\n<li>Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and testing to build deep product knowledge</li>\n<li>Document feature functionality, use cases, and limitations</li>\n<li>Support release planning and execution alongside Product leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Enablement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal guides</li>\n<li>Develop training materials and enablement content for Sales, Support, and Operations</li>\n<li>Build clear, user-friendly explanations of technical features</li>\n<li>Support internal and external product demos and walkthroughs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Go-to-Market Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate product launches and feature releases across teams</li>\n<li>Ensure internal teams are prepared to support and sell new features</li>\n<li>Assist with training sessions and rollout communications</li>\n<li>Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Coordination</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work across Product, Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, and Operations</li>\n<li>Track feature readiness, documentation status, and release deliverables</li>\n<li>Ensure smooth handoffs between development, release, and support teams</li>\n<li>Identify gaps in communication, documentation, or readiness and proactively address them</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Product Insights &amp; Roadmap Support</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect feedback from users, customers, and internal teams</li>\n<li>Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement</li>\n<li>Support roadmap development with structured insights and recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What You Bring</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>4+ years of experience in product, project coordination, technical documentation, or software delivery roles</li>\n<li>Strong written and spoken English communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience working with both software and hardware-enabled products</li>\n<li>Ability to understand technical systems and translate them into clear, usable content</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and documentation skills</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;
